The Veranda at Baldwin's Retreat is the top floor of a two story house with spectacular views of the lake from just about every window. The Veranda has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The living room has a wall of windows with full view of the lake and Mt. Konocti, wood burning fireplace, stereo, DVD, queen futon couch that goes into a bed. Full kitchen with table and chairs, includes dishes, pots pans and eating utinsils. Balcony with chairs and side yard with table chairs with full view of the lake. Wonderfully decorated and has hardwood and tile floors. Pool, beach, pier, and dock for just these three units.
Beautifully decorated, spectacular views, two bedrooms, living room with wood burning fire place, large kitchen with all the major and small appliances, dishes, silverware, pots, pans. We supply the linens and towels. Side yard with table, chairs, wonderful views of the lake. Balcony with chairs and gas BBQ. Sparkling in ground pool. Beach, Fishing Pier, Beach on the deepest part of the lake. Not in a cove or canal so very few times we have agae in this area. No hydrilla in this area.
Activities:
Boat rentals nearby. Stores: Safeway, Rays, Walmart, Rite Aid, Gorcery outlet, and more within 15 min. Lots of resteraunts and fast food from 10 to 15 min. Casino's , wine tasting, golf, horseback riding, hiking, bird watching, theaters, on and off road riding, soo much more.
Rates:
150 in season and 120 off season for up to 4 people. Extra people are 10 per night per person up to 6 max.
Pet is 15 for first night and 5 for each additional night.
Deposit is 60 and we charge 20 per hour to clean. An automatic 20 charge for doing your dishes. Balance of deposit returned within one week of departure.
