The outside was just as nice, beautiful grass, plent of games, a vollyball net, and tons of things for the kids (and adults) to do! It has updated appliances, beautiful wooden floors, nice decor, and above all, very comfortable, it felt like home. The outside yard was complete with manicured landscaping and shade trees that led to the water and boat dock. The sandy beach leading to the water was another bonus to our stay. This is such a wonderful place, and there is enough room and sleeping accomodations to suit any size group. Above all, we had great communication with the owners and they made sure that our stay was "one of a kind". From the time you drive onto their property, you can just tell that they take a lot of pride and ownership in their home and want to make you feel as comfortable as possible while staying there. We drove 10 hours from El Paso, TX to stay at Bed, Boats, & Paradise, and it was worth every minute! We cant wait to be back!" We loved having large beds, clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Our favorite spot was the lovely, large, shaded back porch. We sat out there 95 percent of the time. There always seemed to be a breeze, the water was warm to swim and eating outside was really a treat in the shade. You will not go wrong renting this house. We hope to do it again." We rented a lake house last year also, but this one was 200 times nicer than the last one! The fully stocked kitchen has top of the line appliances and dishes to cook with. The house comes with everything you need! The property was large and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It truly felt like we were at home. My 4 and 6 year old boys had a great time and didn't want to leave when it was time. The owner, Norman, couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with. We have stayed at quite a few different homes on Cedar Creek and I can't think of a better situation than spending our time at Bed, Boats and Paradise. Norman was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met and the accommodations were top-notch. From morning coffee on the back deck watching the sun come up to taking the kids out for water activity to playing the various games provided to finishing our day on the deck, it was just a great overall experience. HG washer/dryer was great to wash our bathing suits and beach towels. The HUGE yard is lake side and has a net already set up for playing volleyball & badmiton. The yard is also shaded by trees which we noticed wasn't available on many of the other lake houses. The covered porch with fans was an extra plus for us to be able to eat outside and enjoy the view. The covered boat house was great to keep the boat shaded....just make sure you hoist it up enough so it doesn't float away like ours did...LOL!!! We'll surely recommend this house to our friends and hope we'll be able to return also. I know you'll enjoy your stay!!!" Jul 07, 2012 - Jonni Sims "We had a great time at Beds, Boats & Paradise. The homeowner is great, is always available, and is very thoughtful...we opened the fridge to find great treats for the kids, veg and fruit trays, and some great beverages! The house has EVERYTHING you need - grill, tools, all plates and flatware, coffee maker w/ gourmet coffee supplied, linens, towels, movies, games and owner even sent over a brand new toaster when we told him one was not there! Was shocked to find FOUR very large flat screen tvs (one in each bedroom and one out in main room). Great lake view and good working boat lift. Large yard. Very very clean and felt very taken care of. The other family was also equally impressed! Wonderfully decorated, huge flat screens in all the rooms, but the best part is outside. Great deck, huge tree shaded yard and we caught catfish all weekend off the dock. I won't spoil the surprise for you and tell you what all the owner Norman left for us aupon arrival. But I will say that this guy knows how to treat guest. This lakehouse has everything and I mean everything you and your family will need to have a wonderful vacation. If you are looking for a lakehouse to rent then stop looking and call Norman.
