This is a fully furnished rental--a modern lakefront home with adirondack/arts &crafts character. The feeling of the home is warm, uncluttered, and open. There are three bedrooms including a master suite with queen bed and a balcony and 2 smaller bedrooms with bunk beds in one room and 2 singles--or a king--in the other bedroom. Great room (kitchen, dining, living), office, laundry room, plus a large wrap around mahogany deck, and a balcony off the master bedroom. Beautiful kitchen with wolf range & soapstone countertops. House features wide-board floors, a massive stone fireplace, central air, a gas grill, and an outdoor fire pit. Lovely landscaped property with tall pines. Utilities and the use of small watercraft included. House sits on a 60 acre private lake with access to private sandy beach. Sit our on the deck and enjoy sunset views! On a quiet cul-de-sac. This is the perfect idyllic escape from the city heat! Sleeps 6. Please note, the basement is not included in the rental. Commutable to New York--only one hour by car or train.
