Sweet Retreat Lake House is conveniently located only about one hour northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston, Texas.

Sweet Retreat Lake House really encourages you to enjoy the lake! Swimming is great in this part of the lake. You can fish from the shore or the dock. You can put a boat or jet ski on the covered boat lift and another one held by the wands at the bulkhead, and you can be out on the lake in a couple of minutes.

The swimming deck has a diving board and swimming ladder. The water is great in this area of Lake LBJ!

The covered porch and deck has plenty of seating for guests while enjoying the great views of the lake and breezes from the lake. The deck has four chairs and a fire pit, and the porch has a table with four chairs and a lounge. This is a favorite gathering place for guests any time of day or evening.

With over 1,800 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for everyone. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 12 people in a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, 2 sofa beds, and 2 bunk beds with a single up and double down.
The Sweet Retreat Lake House living room is very spacious and offers great views of the lake through large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the covered porch overlooking the lake. It has an attractive wood-planked vaulted ceiling and tile floor.
The living room has two sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 4 guests, 2 easy chairs, a TV with cable and DVD player and a dining table that sits 4 people. The table can also be used for board games, etc.
The lake house has two dining areas, both with lake views. The dining room seats 6 people and the area off the living room seats 4 people. The dining room also has a small computer desk and high speed Internet access.
The cooks in your group will love their spacious kitchen. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for making meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The spacious master bedroom at the lake house has a king-sized bed, 2 side tables, and chest of drawers. The TV has cable TV.
The master bath has double sinks and a large shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a swivel rocker and 2 night tables.
This bedroom has a nice view of the lake.
Kids, teenagers and young adults love the Bunk Bedroom! It has two bunk beds, both with single beds up and double beds below. The TV has cable TV and a DVD player. The bunk bedroom can sleep up to six.
The second bathroom is in the hallway near the second bedroom and the bunk bedroom. It has a tub/shower combination.
There are ceiling fans throughout the house with a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
The home has central air conditioning and heating.
A washer and dryer are in the utility room for your convenience.
