This beautiful condo can sleep up to 12 people in beds, has 3 full baths, a covered deck and balcony with million dollar views, jet ski ramp for your jet ski, and room to tie up your boat at the dock. The condo is in a secure, gated community.
Cape Escape is conveniently located only 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.
Waterfront deck with fishing-swimming and jet ski ramp:
Relax and enjoy the view from this great covered deck at your back door. Fishing is great and there is a green light in the water to attract the fish for night fishing. Barbeque your catch of the day on the BBQ provided.
Swimming is great at this location with water 3 feet deep close in and about 6 feet deep at the end of the fishing-swimming deck. The normally constant level water is perfect for water activities on Lake LBJ.
Dock your jet ski on the ramp and tie up your boat at the dock. The Horseshoe Bay Marina is just down the street if you have extra boats. If you do not have a boat or jet skis, they can be rented locally.
Ask about using the covered boat lift if you are staying 5 nights or longer.
A boat launch is available at the marina.

The covered balcony has a chaise, 3 chairs, sofa, table and chairs and a BBQ. It also has 2 ceiling fans for times when the breeze is not blowing off the lake.
You can fish from the balcony.
From the lower deck, the balcony and inside the home you have a panoramic 180 view of Lake LBJ. You can see the famous Lake LBJ Marina, one of the largest marinas in Texas, and million dollar homes along the shore of Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay.
Sunsets over the lake are absolutely beautiful at this great condo.
Restaurants and the Mariott Hotel and Conference Center are just a couple of minutes down the street.
The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the top floor and 1 on the ground floor at the water level. The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the middle floor. There are 3 full bathrooms. The condo has 2,190 square feet and has central air conditioning and heat.
There are great views of the lake from inside the lakefront condo from the living room, dining room and two of the bedrooms.
The living room has seating for five with a leather sofa, recliner, and chair with ottoman facing the TV which has cable TV and a DVD player. The fireplace is a nice addition to this room
Also in the living room is a game table and two chairs. The living room has a nice view of the lake.
The door from the living room goes out to the large, covered balcony overlooking the lake.
The dining table has a spectacular view of the lake. The table seats 4.
The kitchen has modern appliances including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, granite counter tops, and everything you need for making meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The master bedroom has sleeping for up to 6 people in a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized futon. A high definition TV with cable TV is provided in this room.
A wall of windows offers a spectacular view of the lake and sunsets on the lake. The view from this room is unbelievable!
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. It has a door from the master bedroom and from the hallway.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a child's bed. It also has a TV with cable TV, and an armoire.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and a single bed with a trundle bed for sleeping up to 4. This room also has a TV with cable TV and a DVD player. The wall of windows offers a fantastic view of the lake. The door goes out to the waterfront deck.
The bathroom off this room has a shower.
The condo has internet access, so be sure to bring your notebook computer.
There are ceiling fans throughout the condo.
A washer and dryer are provided on the ground floor.
