You will love this beautiful cabin. Large, open interior spaces provide incredible views of one of the most beautiful lakes in Indiana.
Sleeps eight (8) adults (individual beds) or up to 14 for families with kids. Cabin has four (4) bedrooms plus a loft area and three (3) full baths.
Well house trained dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. No puppies or cats please, I'm allergic.
Outdoor amenities include a private boat dock; a large, elevated deck, and a covered patio for occasional rainy days.
PLEASE NOTE: As Raccoon Lake is a flood retention lake, severe drought or rains can significantly impact lake levels. Therefore, we are not to be held responsible for the lake conditions. Please understand, we rent a lakehouse; we do NOT rent a lake.

Activities:
Raccoon Lake is an incredible fishing lake, considered the best striped bass fishery in the State. It is also very good for largemouth bass, bluegrill, crappie, white bass, and has some enormous catfish. I am an avid fisherman & know the lake well - happy to help with tips or refer one of the excellent local guides.
We are located on the half of Raccoon Lake which allows all boating activities including skiing/tubing during daylight hours. The other half of the lake, north of US 36, is an idle-only zone, great for a relaxing afternoon anchored up with friends or family.
Raccoon Lake offers an incredible beach as well as one of the nicest State parks in the Midwest.
Located in Parke County, many festivals occur during the year including the Covered Bridge Festival in October. Visit the Parke County websites for a detailed list of all festivals and activities. (i.e. www.coveredbridges.com; www.parkecountyguide.com; www.parkecounty.net)

Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
$1,500/wk: May 31-June 7 & Aug 16-Nov 1(excl.Cov.Bridge Festival)
$1,750/wk: June 7-Aug 16
$2,000/wk: 4th of July week
OUTDOORSMAN SPECIAL - Nov 1-May 31 (Holiday weekends excluded): $150.00/night (3-night min & 6 persons max)
Covered Bridge Festival: weekdays - $200 per & weekends - $300 per
A minimum 3 night stay is required for weekdays.
Fifty percent (50%) of rental amount is due within one (1) week to confirm reservation. Remaining rental amount along with $200.00 security deposit and $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is due 45 days prior to check-in date.
Well house trained dogs that don't shed are allowed for an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Tenant is 100% responsible for accidents, personal injuries, and/or any property damage.
