The house comes with all your cooking needs, towels, wash cloths, linens, grill, coffee pot, blender, washer/dryer, phone, direct tv, flat screen tv, etc.. This home is non-smoking. It has three king beds, two twin beds, and a day bed with trundle. It does have a boat dock with two slips and boat lifts. If you have any questions or concerns, please email or call us at any time.

Our rates are $175.00 December-February..$350.00 a night March-November with a $500.00 deposit. Deposit must be paid with credit card (m/c, visa, discover, american express) and the remaining balance must be paid within ten (10) days of your arrival. The $500.00 will be returned to you (by credit card refund) within seven (7) business days of your departure minus an $100.00 cleaning fee.
RATES are subject to change at any time. We do give discounts on stays of seven or more days.

Holidays - Require a minimum of three (3) nights stay
Non-Holidays - require a minimum of two (2) nights stay
