This is the perfect place to vacation & put your feet up & has all the comforts of home. The lake is shallow for kids to play in the water by the dock while you relax in the sun. The yard is huge & perfect for playing football or other sports. The cottage is set back from the lake so that it is quiet and away from neighbors.

FENCED IN LAKE FRONT w/ a sand box & large dock w/ a clean, weed free lake.
Townhouse is on the North end of the lake between the Boa Shores Marina & Sporty'z Grill & is set back from the road.
All sports lake w/ great fishing, bring your bikes for the 10 mile scenic ride around the lake. Town of Knox 5 mins away w/ restaurants, grocery stores, parks & bowling alley. Golf course, restaurants, drive-in movie theater, & public boat launch along the lake.
Off season $125.00 per night.
$100 cleaning fee, 7% tax & refundable security deposit (min $300, up to half of rental price) with every rental.
June & August: $1250.00 per week** or $250 per night (min 3 night stay in the summer).
July: $1400.00 per week & weekly rentals only.
Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July holiday rates may apply.
