There are two beautiful lakes within 1.5 miles. One of the lakes has a beach, with canoe, paddle boat and small electric motor boat rentals for a minimal fee. There is a free boat ramp at the lake for your use. Power boats and ski boats are allowed. 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, archery, basketball, miniature golf, horseshoes, playground for small children. Work out gym for adults. Fishing equipment rentals are available. Sunday services on the ranch. There is a pool open year round.

Community center for adults and children with a big screen T.V. Grill, pool tables and video games. Game and movie rentals that you may bring back to the house. Arts and crafts for the kids with supervision on premises. 18 hole golf course, free access to the lake for your boat, or jet ski's. Friday and Saturday night fish fry's, Friday night live music at the center and Saturday night bingo. Nearby lakes where you can rent bass boats and pontoon boats. . Shop for Antiques in nearby Minneola or Big Sandy. Many different churches in the area.
Tyler Texas is 28 miles away, Shreveport, LA is approx. 1 1/2 hours, and Dallas is approx. 2 hours away.

$125.00 daily, $25 discount for 5 or 6 day rental and $50 discount for 7 days or more.
