2 Televisions, DVD player, Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, linens, refrig with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, washer and dryer too.
Ceiling fans in all rooms (including baths), 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed all with nice linens, bath linens, books, games, cards, Hammock, tree swing for kids, horseshoes, charcoal grill, patio, wonderful view of lake from the patio.
This home has everything you need for your getaway and a wonderful time at the lake. This is a residential neighborhood with full time residents so no loud parties are allowed. Please have respect for our neighbors.
Sandy bottom swimming in the lake. Large dock for boat with ties. Fish off the dock too. Boat launch available at neighborhood boat ramp down just a few houses.
Restaurants (and fast food) so close there's no need to cook. Restaurants include Chili's, Japaleno Tree, Julio's chicken & Fish, Pizza Hut - lots more along 334 in Gun Barrel - Fast food too.
Movie theater - Main Place cinema, Seven Points - just down 334 (Main Street) and next to the theater is a Whaz UP Recreation center with Go Carts, batting cages, indoor lazer tag, paint ball, video games and lots more- all minutes down Hwy 334 toward Seven Points.
Weekends - $ 250 per night - 2 night minimum (Friday and Saturday)
Weeknights - $225 per night - 2 night minimum (Sunday to Thursday
Security deposit - $250 (refundable); $75 Cleaning fee; 6% hotel tax
October to February (15% off the above rates)
Rates are up to 6 adults (additional adults are additional $15 per night
