This summer cottage provides guests with both lake frontage (50 ft) and a back lot with channel frontage (36 ft). Located on a private drive with limited traffic -- desirable for families with children, or for those who prefer a more peaceful stay at the lake. The property has a large swimming & wading area with a sandy lake bottom. The lakefront shore has a concrete seawall and pier at ground level. Wading depths range from 16" at the seawall to 36" at the end of the 100 ft pier. Enjoy the cool lake breezes and warm summer sun while relaxing on the lakefront pier, which is over 100 feet long with a 20 ft x 12 ft sitting area. The cottage is single story with no stairs to climb for access to the lake. It has four bedrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably. The cottage furnishings are clean and in good working condition. With its orignal kitchen cabinets, countertop, oven, screen doors, and screened porch, Pier 121 has the charm of a vintage lake cottage, but with many modern amenities. The rents listed below in the RATES section assume a maximum of 8 people staying overnight (if more than 8 people, additional charges apply): This property is available for a MINIMUM RENTAL of 2 nights for selected periods. See RATES section below, where an "*" denotes rental weeks which begin Friday at 6pm and ends the following Friday at noon. For other rental periods, the Begin and End times are flexible based on the guests needs. Rent by the week or day. The minimum rental is 2 day. Some restrictions apply as detailed in the Lease Agreement.
