$200.00 per night with a 2 night minimum. Weekly rate of $1,300.00 or monthly rate of $3,000.00. Daily, monthly and weekly rates are charged 7% local sales tax.
Check in time is 4:00 PM, and check out time is 12 noon.
All fees are required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.
Refund Policy
Cancellations 30 days prior to check in are 90% refundable. Less than 14-30 days prior to check in are 50% refundable. After 14 days prior to check in are non refundable.
