Private parking for three cars maybe more. Overflow on upper lot. Live in year round or just make a summer home. Upgraded kitchen with new oven & dishwasher. Parking for boat or jet ski optional. Price for one boat slip is $100 per week. Jet skis squeeze them with the boat. Have ladder at end of dock, no diving, jumping or running or biking into the lake. Foot ware is highly recommended. You can pick up internet from someone with wireless. There are six sign ons from the parking lot of the Golden Dawn market. Has linen and all conforts of home, stove, refridgator, oven, microwave, bunn coffee pot for instant coffee in the morning. DOGS keep your Dog at Taylor Made Kennel in Linesville 814-683-4515 for $eight dollars a nite and vist them while in the area next to the Spillway Inn where food and brew are just a stones through away from the Pymatunning Fish Hatchery where you can view live fish in their pool size aquarium. DOGS and other PETS are NOT Allowed at the house you are renting. The kennel is only 8 bucks so take your dog food and leave your dog there.  Activities: Golf, water activities, Conneaut lake park did open. See the ducks walk of the fishes backs at Pymatunning Lake. Winery and fine dinning are at Pelicans Landing and Silver Shores. Millers is the hot spot for breakfast and the Lake Side Beer distrubuitor is on the way to all points of interest just at the light on Route 322 & 18. This is the sixth house out of Nye"s Marina on the right. Meadville airport and Walmart are just four miles away and don't forget to stop at Hanks for frozen custard or Eddies for a foot long hot dog. If you need a microscope or digital camera for one just ask and I will set you right up.  Rates: House is available for weekend and weekly rentals. Call and leave message for rental information. e mail is better most days. If your phone shows up restircted or unavailable so am I. Price for rental per week is $1175 for six nights, seven days. Price per nite is $250. Beutiful view of lake! The pontoon boat that we rented from the property owner was a very large and very nice pontoon and it was lots of fun! The boat could use a larger motor to power such a big boat, but regardless, we had a great time! We spent most of our time on the boat, not so much in the house. The lake was especially great for fishing! And reading & relaxing and family water fun too! We will be absolutely be coming back for sure!!
