In the evening, a whole house fan effectively cools the home as it circulates the cooler outdoor air. The fully furnished home provides all your laundry, kitchen and dining needs as well as towels and bedding. forty-five feet of lake frontage includes a dock for diving, swimming and boat mooring. A deck, grill and picnic table also compliment outdoor pleasures.Gull Lake is a desirable fishing lake and offers a full service marina and boat rental. Weekend rentals are available. Pets will be considered. Security and cleaning deposit required.
900.00/ week 6 nights., 850.00/ 5 nights., 750.00/ 4 nights. 650.00/ 3 nights. 600.00/ 2 nghts. 2 nght minumum stay. Rate based on 4 person occupancy 100.00/ person for each additional person. maximum 6 people total. 425.00 Security /cleaning deposit is required. Pets require a 100.00 cleaning fee and a 200.00 additional Security deposit. If the Cottage is left the way you found it your deposit is returned.
Deposit non refundable within 30 days of the date of stay if reservation is canceled and your date can not be filled.
