The house has a large boat house with a huge Party Deck. The house is fully furnished with 2 queen beds a full size bed and a single bed. There are two TVs in the house and they both have Direct TV and the living room has a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, margarita maker and the freezer has a large capacity ice maker. There is a washer and dryer that comes stocked with soap and dryer sheets. The house has all the linens and towels you will need. There is a back porch that has a large screened in area. The screened in area has two ceiling fans to help keep the Texas heat away. There is a park right down the street that has swings, slides and a nice sandy beach. Also, you will have access to a private boat ramp. There is ample parking and you can easily fit your boat trailer as well as several cars up front. The house also has an internet connection via a wirless or wired network.

Rates:
Dailey rental is $195 per night two night min required, $900 for 5 days, $1400 for a week.
