Peak Season Rates beginning May 1 through October 31. $785.00 per week; 160 per night (3 night minimum) $75 Cleaning charge added at time of arrival.
Off season rates: November 1 through April 30. $680 per week; $135.00 per night. (3 night minimum). $75.00 cleaning fee.

"We recently stayed in this town home for the 4th of July. The home was nicer, and larger than the picture shows. In addition the pictures of the carpeted living room/dining room had been replaced with beautiful hard woods. I would suggest updating the pictures so it does true justice. In addition the owner was very nice, and communication was excellent.
We brought our boat, and the dock offered accommodated it perfectly.
I would truly consider staying again, and would suggest to friends.
