The two bedroom, one bath cottage comes with a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed plus a fold-out chair in the second bedroom. With the queen sleeper couch, the cottage can accommodate six. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, dinnerware with serviing dishes, silverware, cookware, and glassware. Sheets and towels are also furnished. Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, grill, cable, pier, paddleboat, ceiling fan on large screened porch, a fire pit and porch furniture as well as lawn furniture. The water is shallow, and the lake bottom is sandy near the shoreline.

The cottage is located within the Epworth Forest community and is minutes from north Webster and Syracuse, IN. Warsaw, and Columbia City are approximately 30 minutes away, and Fort Wayne and South Bend are about an hour away with Shipshewana being about a 40-minute drive. Amenities within the community include sandy beach and swimming area, tennis and basketball courts, and walking areas. Lake Webster is noted for its bass and muskie fishing as well as offering boating, skiing, and personal watercraft fun. In addition, one can tour the lake on the Dixie, the longest running sternwheel paddle boat in Indiana.

Cooked a thanksgiving meal, kitchen had all we needed,grocery stores close by with good prices. Nice big pier and pontoon to fish from. Took the paddle boat out too. Would recommend to anyone, families. Girls week, men fishing trip. We caught lots of fish.very clean and the owner and neighbors so nice, but never bothered us. Enjoy your stay!"
