Description
This is a recently constructed 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Holland in Belchertown Massachusetts. Lake Holland is small, deep kettle hole lake that is great for swimming, fishing, non-motorized boats and wildlife watching. The lake has warmed up and the swimming is great. Sleeps 8. (Queen bed in master bedroom, double in second bedroom, single pull out in third bedroom, double futon in living room, and several couches.) Our home is on a small dirt road and is screened from neighbors by trees. It is private and cozy. There is a small private beach in front and ample parking. The Metacomet-Monadnock hiking trail passes through the neighborhood nearby and the eastern end of the Norwottuck rail trail is two miles away. From here you can bicycle to Amherst or Northampton for restaurants and shopping or visit the area's colleges and university.
Please no pets, smoking, or scented products as our home was constructed for use by someone with chemical sensitivities.
