The cottage is fully insulated with Electric heat. A long screened porch on lakeside and Side porch with gas grill.
3 Bedrooms, One with bunk bed, One with double bed, one with queen bed. living room, dining room, fully equiped Kitchen, Micro wave, and bath, Small TV/DVD player only. You are next to a private beach with picnic tables and Horse shoe pit.
Excellent location. If you are a hiker, the Appalachian trail crosses the area within a half-mile of the cottage. The surrounding area to the Northeast is part of the White Mountain national forest
You are approx 30 miles North of Hanover, NH. (Home of Dartmouth college). And approx 40 miles from Franconia. Enjoy the scenic trip over the Kancamangus Highway.
