All cooking utensils, all paper products. Luxurious soft large bath towels, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar for the coffee maker. Blender, microwave, toaster. Stereo, CD player, flat screen TV with satellite connection. Gas Grill. Large screened porch with swing and table and chairs. Large deck with a 2nd swing. Deck, yard and dock have controlled lighting. Ceiling fans in every room and on screen porch. HVAC cooled and heated. Full size sleeper sofa and full size aero mattress- all linens provided.

Activities:
Boating, fishing, swimming. The bird watching is incredible. There are hawks, eagles, owls, cranes. There are grocery stores nearby. Local bar and restaurants. A public boat ramp 1 1/2miles from The Cabin. There is a large parking area for cars and trailers.
Greenwood is 20min away
Newberry is 20 min away to the Opera or the orchid nursury. 1 hour from Columbia or Greenville.
Rates:
Non holiday times-$115/night with a 2 night minimum. $690 for a week(7 nights).
Holiday times-$140/night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rates do not apply.
Holidays include Easter, Mother's day, Memorial day, Father's day, July 4th, Labor
Day.
