The home is located 2 blocks from a public boat ramp and 1/2 block from Jonathan Creek, one of the more popular fishing and boating areas on Kentucky Lake. This home has a circular drive with ample parking, 800 sq. ft deck with a park like setting, oversized two car garage and boat slip on dock. This house has been completely remodeled and shows off its oak hardwood and ceramic flooring in common areas, beauitiful crown molding and trim, recessed lighting, custom built cherry kitchen cabinets and built ins, new appliances, vanities and fixtures.
This home features a beauitiful, well furnished kitchen with eating bar and stools plus a breakfast nook and stools and dining room with cherry dining room suite with seating for 8. There are two sitting areas on main level which are furnished with leather furniture, one with a big screen TV and DVD player and the other with TV, fireplace and desk area.
The four carpeted bedrooms, located on the main level, include the master bedroom which has a king size bed with seperate tiled bath, jacuzzi tub/tiled shower combination, TV and patio door to the deck area. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with TV. The third bedroom has a beauitiful antique bedroom set and full bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed set including desk and drawers and a seperate twin bed. Bedrooms all have an abundance of storage for your items and are within easy access to a beautiful community bath with commode, tub/tiled shower combination and double basin with double mirrors on a cherry vanity. There is also an additional bath and laundry room with washer and dryer, which is seperate from the bedroom and living areas, on the main level as well.
The gorgeous walk out basement features ceramic tile floors, recessed lighting, one bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed, kitchen, full bath, foosball and ping pong tables, portable card table, eat in bar and stools with TV plus a reading/sitting area as well as a sofa with pull out sleeper. The two hot water heaters, two central heat and air units and two refrigerators with ice makers will keep your comfort level high whether your enjoying the main level or basement during your stay.
Fully furnished kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, griddle, can opener, mixer etc., washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, big screen T.V. and DVD player, linens, ping pong table, foosball table, portable card table, basketball goal, gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, horseshoes, wireless internet and cable, boat slip on dock, (public ramp is two blocks from house). This house has two refrigerators with icemakers, two hot water heaters and two central heat and air units to maintain a high level of comfort. very little traffic, very private and large lot to allow room for kids to play, exterior dog pen with doghouse.

"To anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Kentucky Lake area, look no further! The home is beautiful, well furnished, and owned by folks who are great to deal with. The only problem we encountered was that we had to leave.
The kitchen is well equiped and quite large. The bedrooms are very comfortable and there is more than enough room in the living room, family room, and dining room to accomodate a dozen or more guests. The lower level with a second kitchen, is very well furnished and has a table tennis table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.
My family and I have stayed in several lake area homes over the last few years and none match this one for overall comfort and convenience. There are several very good eating establishments in the general area (within 15/30 miles) and Benton (with its super WalMart) is only a few minutes away.
If I were asked to rate our stay on a scale of one to ten, I would say it was a twelve.

It's a short walk to the lake where you'll find a great dock to from which to fish, swim, and boat. The location is close enough to the marina to make renting boats convenient. Sitting on the deck at night is just breathtaking!! There are lots of TV's for late night movie-watching and the kids just loved the games in the basement. This is a very affordable vacation that is sure to be relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks so much for such great accomodations! You really did think of everything a family would need!
