Walk-out to large deck with patio furniture for entertaining or BBQ. There are currently beds for twelve people. Two queens; one in Master on main level and one in downstairs bedroom. One set of bunk beds plus two twins in second bedroom, main level. Also one pair of twins in third bedroom main level. One set of twins in loft.
Basement is finished and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Foozball table, pool table and lots of space in the walkout basement. Washer & dryer are included and can be used by guests. Large 2-car garage in basement with remote garage door opener included.

Large 2-slip boat dock with countertops and storage at dock, shaded area with ceiling fans and picnic table. One slip available for the renters. Swim off dock/deck area, no beach. Great fishing skiing and jetskiing!

Rates:
Oct 1 - April 30 $1500 per 7day week up to 8 guests. $1800 per 7 day week 8-12 guests. TWO-DAY WEEKEND $700 for both days up to 8 guests. $800 for both days 8-12 guests. THREE-DAY WEEKEND $900 for 3 days up to 8 guests. $1050 for the 3 days 8-12 guests.
May 1 -Sept 30 $1750 per 7 day week up to 8 guests. 8 to 12, $2100 per 7 day week. Two day weekend $800 for both days up to 8 guests, $900 for both days 8-12 guests. Three day weekend, $1050 for the three days up to 8 guests. $1200 for the 3 days 8-12 guests.
$150 cleaning fee.
Maximum limit of 12 people. $30 fee for Tenant Check, $500 deposit and half the rental fee (non-refundable)upon application. Balance of the rental fee plus $150 cleaning fee to be paid 30 days prior to rental date. Pets on case by case basis with extra deposit of $150.
