Off the kitchen is is a coverd porch equipped with outdoor dinning & sound. Outside is also a closet with hot and cold waterfor prepairing the meals all outdoors.The grill is hooked up to natural gas and there is a refrigerator for adult beverages located in the closet. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and one bonus room with a couch that will make into a bed. This is a place for the kids to play games and relax while the adults can relax downstairs or on the porches. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has two sets of bunk beds . This house sits on 2.75 acres of land and has a 20'by20' Gazebo next to a naturall waterfall overlooking a 42' bluff.and the lake. The whole back yard is fenced all the way to the water. Must stay once and will want to never come home. Private land can be hunted on less than 10 miles away. No hunting in development, shooting of firearms, diving off cliffs or rock climbing. Clear Creek rec center is 3 miles away with campground and lots of beach swimming and basketball courts. Winston county is known historicaly for being the first free state. The town of Houston is within miles and has one on the oldest jails still standing. We are Within 10 miles of jasper where that city is wet while the lake is dry.
