The upper level is a private Master Bedroom with a king bed, a small full bath with shower, and it has it's own private balcony. The lower level of the home is a large family room with stone fireplace. This pretty room has a queen sleeper sofa, and a private full bath with shower. The laundry room is also located on this level. A large covered deck is accessed from the family room and leads to the waterfront, boat house and docks. The waterfront is absolutely perfect for gatherings! There is a spacious deck and dock, a ladder affording easy entry into the water, and a spacious sun deck on top of the boathouse. Enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains, including Chimney Rock State Park. The sunsets are spectacular!
