A private boat ramp is available for your use right next door and you can moor your fishing boat safely in our large boat slip. A private fishing dock is located right on site. Enjoy the lakeside hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, cable TV with sports package and large outdoor grill. Squaw Valley Golf Course is now 36 holes and is just minutes away! Located 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth!
The house sleeps seven+ and features a huge downstairs family room and a fully-equipped kitchen at lake level with two private bedrooms upstairs. There is a day bed downstairs that provides additional sleeping space for two. A comfortable king-sized aerobed is also available, and can be separated into two twin beds, if desired.
Bringing a fishing boat and/or a jet ski? You can launch right next door on our private boat ramp and then moor safely in the large boat slip, and/or fish and swim off the private dock located right on site. This spacious and completely private lake house sleeps seven to nine comfortably and features a huge downstairs great room and a fully-equipped galley kitchen at lake level. The second floor features quiet bedrooms with one queen bed, a full size bed and a twin bed. There is a day bed downstairs that provides additional sleeping space for two. A comfortable king-sized aerobed is also available, and can be separated into two twin beds, if desired.
Ceiling fans and televisions with cable sports package,VCRs and DVD players are located in both bedrooms as well as in the family room/ main living area. Central heating and AC will assure your comfort throughout your stay. The kitchen is completely equipped with pots and pans, crock pot, electric griddle, silverware, glassware, dishes etc. All linens are provided. Well-behaved dogs are welcome guests on the first floor.

Rates listed do not include hotel tax and processing fees (9%). After we get the go-ahead from the make-ready crew, your $500 security deposit will be returned to you minus an $80 cleaning fee.
