FireFly Lodge is nestled along the shoreline of Lake Shelbyville. The Lodge is a family built log house in the countryside. The 3,000 square foot house (with four bedrooms and 2 baths) sits on 5 1/2 acres of open land. It is just a short walk to the lake or a public boat launch.
An open floor plan allows space for small groups to gather, play games or watch movies on three levels (The Loft, Living Room and Bunk). The first and second floors are wheelchair accessible. With a deck that wraps around three sides of the lodge and a picturesque lake view, the FireFly Lodge is a peaceful getaway for all generations. I hope your family enjoys it as much as ours has.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. The security deposit of $500 and the remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days before check-in.

Log house has a fully equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms, decks that wrap around 3 sides of the house, picturesque views, wheel chair accessible on first and second level, and situated on 5 1/2 acres along the wooded shoreline of Lake Shelbyville, IL.
Includes jacuzzi tub, TV, VCR, DVD, double door refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, central heat, central air conditioning, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware, towels, linens, barbeque, and firepit.
Lake Shelbyville, a 11,000 acre lake offers boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and hunting. Three State parks are near by: Eagle Creek, Wolf Creek and Hidden Springs. Mountain biking and golf courses are also nearby. Located near the Amish Country.

"If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere you have chosen the right place. My experience has been great. The log house is well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the most memorable time with family and friends. At night overlooking the lake with the moon reflecting on the lake and the fire-flies in the air, it is just awsome. I can hardly wait for our next visit to the Fire-Fly Lodge."
