Southern Magnolia Lodge offers 2000 sq/ft of waterfront living with a wrap around porch to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunrises on a peaceful deepwater cove on Lake Eufaula. The Lodge offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen, and a cozy living room that will accommodate 10-12 people for your vacation needs. ($870.00 per week) 2 night minimum except on Memorial and Labor Day Holiday...it will be a 3day and on 4th of July a 5 day minumin stay. Deposits: $145 Security Deposit required at time of reservation. This payment will need to be in the form of a check, cashier check or credit card and sent back to me within 10 business day to secure the reservation. + $75 one time cleaning fee and a 4% Sales Tax also applies. Security Deposit will serve as Damage Deposit to refunded by mail within 2 weeks of completion of stay. A full Refund will be made if reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of check-in.
