Relax on the covered porch in a rocking chair or hammock. use the ping pong table or video games. See historic Anderson. Visit breathtaking Clemson University. Walk hiking trails on Lake Hartwell at Sadlers Creek where you will see deer and fox. Dine at the old city square at historic Abbeville.
Rates:
$125.00 daily or $650.00 per week. Three night minimum. $50.00 cleaning fee for any rental period.
Weekly rentals only from May 24, 2010 through September 6, 2010.

"I spent a weekend at the lake house. It is very spacious and secluded. The part of the lake that it sits on was great for swimming and the dock was perfect for docking the boat. My kids had a great time catching fish and canoeing. They also had blast tubing behind the boat. I will definitely visit the lake house again in the near future. "

JUST MY HUSBAND AN I GO, NO MATTER THE WEATHER WE CAN SIT INSIDE UPSTAIRS IN FULL GLASS GAME ROOM OR DOWNSTAIRS IN SITTING ROOM WITH THE FIREPLACE IN ROCKING CHAIRS AND LOOKING AT THE WATER AND A LOT OF MOTHER NATURES WONDERFUL BEAUTIES OR GO ON THE 60' COVERED DOCK WE FISH AND TALK WITH THE FISHERMAN PASSING BY **EVERONE IS SOOOO NICE AND HELPFULL IF NEED BE. WE JUST EAT-FISH & FISH-SLEEP, SOMETIMES WE BUILD A BIG BON FIRE IN THE PIT UP ALL NIGHT. OUR STAYS ARE ALWAYS 8-10 NIGHTS ITS STILL HARD TO LEAVE. WE VISIT A QUITE LITTLE TOWN IVA,SC VERY CLOSE WITH LOTS OF STORES AND ETC. THE OWNERS JERMEY & HEDI ARE THE BEST LANDLORDS WE HAVE EVER DELT WITH ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU. (FISH) WE WILL BE BACK SOON.
