The large deck, which is accessed from the family room, has plants, tables, chairs, has a large gas grill, a great view of the lake and wooded lot next door, offers a great lake breeze and sunsets, and has an attached 27 foot above-ground swimming pool which is 4 feet deep. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private full bath with tub & shower. The other two bedroom have two single bed each and share a full hall bath with tub & shower. A queen sized sofa bed is in the familyroom.

High Cotton is a 4BR, 2BA waterfront home on 1.8 acres , sleeps 15 (one on sofa bed) with boat ramp, fishing pier, beach volleyball, gameroom in separate building and 280 feet of sandy beach.
HIGH & LOW COTTON can be rented together and sleep 21, including two on sofa beds. This is a great location for large Family Vacations, Church or Business Retreats.
Low Cotton is a great, quiet place for sleeping the older members of your family if all the children and grandchildren are staying in High Cotton.
