This lake house is embedded in fisherman's cove at beautiful Lake Sinclair. This lake is at "full pool" with no signs of drought that many lakes in Georgia are experiencing.
Newly built in 06', this lake front home is located in a quiet cove minutes from a lake side state park. Great fishing from the private dock or bring your boat. Five feet water depth at the end of the dock and 110 feet of water frontage.
This lovely decorated 1620 sq.ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a queen size bed in the master, satellite remote TV with DVD and two walk in closets. The master bath has an oversized, round tub for relaxing and pampering. The master bath also has a shower and two separate sink/vanities.
The second bedroom also contains a queen size pillow top bed, a walk-in closet and dresser.
The 3rd bedroom has a daybed with a trundle underneath, walk-in closet and chest.
The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The eat-in kitchen has an island/sink for prep and all new appliances; including microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans and some food staples.
The greatroom is furnished with couch, loveseat, a satellite-remote TV with DVD player and a drop leaf table and chairs for dining.
The 220 sq.ft. deck has a table and comfortable chairs and a swing. A large gas grill is ready for outdoor grilling. The side door has a ramp for easy access when rolling in those suitcases. The laundry room has a washer,dryer and folding table.

Activities:
Beside the obvious lake activities such as boating, jet-skiing, swimming and hiking the areas historic towns offer many sights to see. Visit historic Madison and Greensboro where you can go antiquing. In Madison visit Andalusia the home
of author Flannery O'Connor and drive the Antebellum Trail of beautiful homes. In Milledgeville is Old State Capitol of GA. See Rock Eagle, a part of UGA that has a natural hisory museum which includes information on the Woodland Indians.
AtL Airport is 90 minutes away and Tanger Outlet Mall is 60 minutes away.
Super Wal-Mart on 441 in Milledgeville is about 25 minutes away and 441 has Krogers, Block-Buster, movie theater and many restaurants.
Rates:
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Short term, i.e., daily, weekly, weekend and month to month.

Weekends: (from Friday at 3:00 p.m. until Sunday at 11:00 a.m.) $350

November 1-March 31:
Daily: (up to 6 total day) $100 a day
Weekends: (from Friday at 2300 p.m. to Sunday at 11:00 a.m.) $200

Deposit:
$100 security deposit per visit and $100 deposit towards the balance of the bill, along with a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. Rental Agreement is required by property manager at the time of rental.
