It features an open deck and an enclosed porch that are perfect for cookouts and watching family members swim and fish. This 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for summer and fall vacations. Enjoy swimming, fishing, water-skiing, and beautiful sunrises.
The interior of the cottage has a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and full bath. One bedroom has a full-size bed and the other has twin bunk beds. The living room has 2 couches, a recliner, a television with Direct Tv and VCR/DVD player for movies. The cottage includes cookware, utensils, microwave, washer, dryer, linens, outdoor gas grill, and local phone service. Pets are negotiable.
Activities:
This cottage is 10 minutes from Machias, 20 minutes from Roque Bluffs State Park, Lubec, and Campobello Island, 45 minutes from Calais and the Canadian border, and 1 1/2 hours to Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor.
Rates:
$700.00 per week . A deposit of $350.00 is required to reserve the cottage. Deposit is due within 10 days of reserving the cottage.
A $250.00 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. it will be refunded within 3 days after departure as long as the cabin is found to be clean, in neat condition and with no damage.
Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded ONLY if the cabin is re-rented, and 20 working days notice is given.
