The Lake House is a fantastic, waterfront home on Cedar Creek Lake.
It is a short one hour drive from Dallas, approximately 40 minutes from Canton and Tyler, and 3 hours from Austin.
The 4 bedroom/3bath + Bonus Room Lake House will accomodate up to 15 guests comfortably. The wall of windows across the front of the house gives you beautiful lake views from the living area, master bedroom and bonus room. You are on open water with a pier, sandy swimming area, and use of one electric boatslip. The Lake House has a private boat ramp for you to launch your boat or jet ski while staying with us. It will accommodate most boats when the lake level is normal. There are also several boat launch ramps close by and we have parking for your boat trailer. The large yard is perfect for the kids to run and play. And the volleyball net is set up for you to enjoy.
Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/living/dining area, bonus room, 1 television with satellite and a DVD player and 1 with DVD player. We have movies, games and books for your use as well as a foosball table.
This large home is perfect for a family getaway or several families to enjoy being together. Outside you will find a charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic tables.
The home's fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, icemaker, and microwave. All linens are provided.
I do not use the online calendar. I do keep a waiting list. Please call or email for availability.
Everything is ready for you to relax, play, and spend some time together.

3 or 4 night stay: $375/night

$2100 weekly rental
FALL/WINTER RATES: $350/night Weekdays:$300/night $1800 weekly rental
*2 night minimum stay required * 3 night minimum on holidays
*Rates are based on 10 person occupancy
*Additional persons are charged at a rate of $10/person/night

"Just got back from an awesome lake weekend with friends. The home is PERFECT for a get a way. We had 7 people and never felt cramped. It is very spacious. We caught enough fish to have a catfish fry next weekend. The homeowners could not have been nicer and easier to work with. The deck is beautiful and the large charcoal grill was perfect for burgers for everyone! The house was so clean and even met our neat freak standards. You felt more like you were staying at a friends house than a rental. Perfect for a retreat with friends and the view is beautiful. Hands down this is the posse's new vacation house of choice.
