It is a short one hour drive from Dallas, approximately 40 minutes from Canton and Tyler, and 3 hours Austin. The 4 bedroom/3bath Lake House will accomodate up to 15 guests comfortably. The wall of windows across the front of the house gives you beautiful lake views from the living area, master bedroom and bonus room. You are on open water with a pier, sandy swimming area, and use of one electric boatslip. The Lake House has a private boat ramp for you to launch your boat or jet ski while staying with us. It will accommodate most boats when the lake level is normal. There are also several boat launch ramps close by and we have parking for your boat trailer. The large yard is perfect for the kids to run and play. And the volleyball net is set up for you to enjoy. Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/living/dining area, bonus room, 1 television with satellite and a DVD player and 1 with DVD/VHS player. We have movies, games and books for your use as well as an air hockey table.
