Some Weekends are available with a 3 night minimum at a rate of $200 per night. Holiday weeks are $1,500 per week or $250 per night with a three night minimum. All rentals require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. Total due 30 days prior to your stay. A $300.00 Security/Damage deposit is also required at check in and will be refunded approximatly 2 weeks after check out.
