Enjoy the sounds of the fountain and views of the lake from the front yard. There is a log swing and hammock for your relaxing time with a book or friend. Side and rear yard has a Hot Tub (seats 5-6), Gas BBQ, and furniture for your outdoor lounging and dining. For those that want to keep up with their emails or need to work, we have High speed wireless internet. Enjoy an evening around a real fireplace, with a special movie or music on your own, Bose home theater. You can also keep up with events on Satellite TV. For those chef's, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and all the other items you would expect to find. For our guests with longer stays, a full size washer/dryer in addition to an iron and ironing board will help keep you looking good. Mountain temperatures are normally 10 degrees lower than Colorado Springs, but in the event it is a little warm, there are ceiling and stationary fans. With all our units, we furnish additional items that are not normally available in a vacation rental at no additional cost to you. You will find, basic spices & condiments in addition to coffee, tea, cocoa and necessary soaps & conditioners for body, laundry, and dishes. In units where it is appropriate, you will also find fishing poles/tackle, and wood for the fireplaces. You can consider our vacation homes/cabins/& condo's as fully furnished and ready to pamper all your needs. Basically, all you need to do is bring your clothes, food, and a desire for a special memory making vacation. We supply the rest. This home is warm and inviting. It is decorated with rich woods, warm leathers, and furniture that fits the period.
