Fully equipped kitchen, den with large-screen TV/video/DVD, standard cable TV and wireless high-speed internet access (season dependent). Sleeps 12+. Huge boathouse and extensive decking with covered sundeck with ceiling fans. Covered boat slip with lift, plus one jet ski lift. This house is waiting for your getaway, perfect for friends and family!
Fully equipped kitchen, cable tv/wireless internet, VCR/DVD, stone fireplace up plus woodstove downstairs. Gas grill off screen porch. Waterslide, diving board, swimming "cove" between boathouse and gazebo. Ample lounge chairs/tables on upper boathouse deck. Covered boat slip with lift plus one jet ski lift for your use.
Activities:
Boating, fishing, skiing, tubing await on Lake Tillery. Also, the Tillery Tradition Golf Course, NC Zoo, Uwharrie National Forest, Morrow Mountain State Park are all minutes away. Pinehurst Golf Resort approx. 45 min. away.
Rates:
High-season (April 23-September 24): $2400 per week; Standard cable TV and high-speed internet service included
Off-season (September 24-April 21): $1500 per week; High speed internet but basic cable TV service only
(Weekly rentals Sat. to Sat.; 4 p.m. check-in; 11 a.m. departure)
4th of July week (July 2-9) $2900 per week
Thanksgiving week: $1600 per week
Christmas week: $1600 per week
New Year's week: $1600 per week
We do not offer daily rentals. Please contact our office for other rental requests.
Security Deposit for all rentals: $300
