Two story home with two-two bedroom flats and a one story one bedroom house on one property. All have spectacular views of Clear Lake and mountains. Top this off with an in ground pool for just the 3 units and you have heaven. The beach, pier for fishing and dock, for use by all 3 units is across the street. This is right on the lake not on a canal. Extra people are $10 per person per night up to max.
The Veranda is top flat with two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, washer, dryer, balcony full front with side yard, has gas BBQ table and chairs outside. View of lake from kitchen, living room (wall of windows) balcony and side yard. $150 per night for up to 4 sleeps maximum 6.
The Cabana is the bottom flat is two bed room, one bath, full kitchen, living room with electric fire place, washer, dryer, patio with gas BBQ and table and chairs next to pool. View of lake from living room with sliding door and lots of windows, front bedroom, and kitchen. $140 per night for up to 4 sleeps maximum of 7 people.
The Honeymoon Cottage is a single house with sparkling knotty pine and hardwood floors. It also has one bedroom, 1 bath, living room with electric fireplace, dinning area, full kitchen, washer, dryer, porch front area with gas BBQ. View of lake from living room, dinning room, and front porch. $130 per night for up to 2 people sleeps maximum of 4 people.

The Baldwin Retreat greets you with an inviting in ground pool, pier, dock, 2beach. Views from all units.The Veranda has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, bath room, large living room the wood burning fire place, TV, and VCR, a futon couch the goes into a bed, a kitchen utensils, grass and flowers on side yard with table and chairs for relaxing and watching the view. The Cabana has two bedrooms with a queen in one bedroom, a double bed and bunk above with a twin bed, bath room, the living room has an electric fireplace TV, and VCR, futon couch with makes a bed, kitchen with all utensils for cooking and eating, patio with table chairs and gas BBQ. The Honeymoon Cottage is a charming knotty pine that has one bedroom with a queen bed, bath room, living room with an electric fireplace and futon couch which makes into a bed, TV, VCR, dinning room, full kitchen with utensils for cooking and eating, , front porch, gas BBQ.
Clear Lake is the largest natural lake in California. It is also considered the best bass lake. For concerts at Konocti we are 10 min. away by boat, for Robinson we are 15 min. by car. You can fish for blue gill, crappie, catfish, and bass right off the pier or boat.
Suntan or swim in the pool or the lake. Relax in the shade with a book. Gas BBQ for grilling that special dinner.
Nearby: Boat rentals, wine tasting, antique shopping, casinos, cruise on The Clear Lake Queen paddle boat and have dinner, Crazy Creek gliders, fishing and guides, hiking at Anderson Marsh, go to old fashioned drive in movie, festivals year round.
Veranda $160 per night for up to 4 people, extra people $10 per night up to 6 maximum. Pet ok this unit only : $15first night and 5 each additonal night per pet fee. All plus 9% tax. .
