A place with activities to suit everyone in your party? Holly Hills, located on Lake Gaston, is just the home you have been looking for. Lake Gaston is close to many cities, i.e., Richmond VA, Rocky Mount NC, Raleigh NC, and Hampton Roads, just to name a few. Dock your boat at our large boathouse and invite your friends too because there is room at the boathouse to dock several boats. This lake front home is on a very large gently sloping lot. From the screened-in-deck off the living room enjoy the view of the lake. There is a small sandy area where smaller children can play by the lake or keep them entertained in the large in-ground swimming pool. The house includes a pool table and foosball. We have a large hammock for the lazy afternoon nap, or get the group involved in a horseshoe tournament. A badminton/volleyball net and ball are also available for your enjoyment. We have also added a hot tub. Lake Gaston is a great place to vacation. The average summer temperature is 76 degrees and Lake Gaston has many different varieties of fish that include catfish, striped bass, large mouth bass, crappie, and sunfish. Your pets are welcome in our home without an additional pet deposit. We do ask that you only smoke outdoors. This home is located in the NE quadrant of Lake Gaston off of Pea Hill Creek. It is on the Virginia side, just barely over the North Carolina line.
