Well, believe this owner. He said we wouldn't need anything but out suitcases and food and he was right on. They even provided the toilet paper and soap. That's minor compared to the unmatched water vista from the large waterfront windows throughout the home. This is a lovely spacious home and better than a 5 star resort. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked to the gills with everything you could need except your own clothes and swimsuit. Although the location appears to be somewhat rural, there are plenty of amenities nearby (within 10 minutes). We look forward to going back again next year.
