Getaway Cove is a five-bedroom lakefront home on the private side of Lake Anna, Virginia. Located on an acre of property, it borders over 200 feet of waterfront on a quiet cove perfect for swimming.
Built in 2003, Getaway Cove boasts all the comforts of home, with modern appliances, furniture, and amenities. Five bedrooms provide ample room for fourteen sleepers, including two kings, two queens, and six bunk/twin beds. The spacious master bedroom offers sliding-glass door access to the deck. It also has an adjacent private bath with jacuzzi tub and shower.
Amenities include: television with satellite, DVD, VCR, stereo, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, 500 square foot deck with shaded area and grill.
Sorry no smoking or pets due to serious family allergies.
Our 2009 rental season is from June 28 until August 16. We hope you'll visit us then!

Located an hour and a half from Washington D.C. and less than an hour from Charlottesville and Richmond.
Other activities are within easy reach, including hiking, wine-tasting at the local vineyard, antique shopping, and day trips to the University of Virginia, Kings Dominion, Monticello, historic Richmond, and numerous nearby civil war locations.
Pricing is $2160 weekly or $375/day, + taxes. This includes fees.

"I stayed at this house with 11 other family members in 2008 and we were VERY happy with this property! The layout of the house is great, rec-room in excellent.... along with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The temp of the lake in mid-July was about 91 degrees. We did lots of fishing and swimming off the dock. We had an AWESOME vacation and hope to go back if we all do it again. (It was 3 families.... but not all 3 go every year.) The pictures of the living room/kitchen area don't do it justice... it has been updated with wood floors and painted. LOVED it!"
