2 bedroom 1 bath lakefront cottage on beautiful Winona Lake. Located on the south side of the lake, in Warsaw. Our cottage has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. There is also a pull out couch, full size. Beds are covered with high end Nautica bedding. Our home is very clean and simple, hopefully inspiring you to relax and slow life down. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and dinnerware. We also have a Flat Screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, cable and internet, and plenty of games to enjoy with the family. Window A/C units. It is a quick bikeride to the popular Greenway, a paved biking/walking trail, which takes you to the historic Village of Winona, so don't forget your bikes. Enjoy the relaxing 300 sf screened in porch for taking in those spectacular views. Bring your kids and enjoy the sandy beach just 50 feet from the deck. The water depth is shallow about 70 feet out. Grill on charcoal Weber and toast marshmallows over fire pit. Don't forget your lake toys; jet skis, boat, pontoon for all those warm sunny days on the water. You can also enjoy fishing off the 60 foot pier.
