This lovely lake front home is located in prestigious Country Club Drive where it sits on a point surrounded by water (see satelite photo). The master bedroom and recently remodeled bath have beautiful lake views (photo). The air-conditioned sun porch looks over a green lawn which meets the 180 feet of lakefront at the sea wall (photo). The private pier is ready for your boat and lake toys; or if you prefer we can provide a brand new pontoon boat as a rental (photo). The home has 2 flat screen TVs and is fully stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. The formal dining room seats 6 (photo). A private drive provides parking for 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat and a trailer. The HISTORIC TOWN OF WINONA LAKE (minutes away) hosts fine dining (a short boat ride away) and seasonal activities such as live theater, music and art festivals. The popular Heritage Trail features hiking and biking with sculptures on route. A paved bike way links The Village at Winona with a trail system with over 10 miles of rolling, diverse mountain bike trails. The Kosciusko County Fair is held each July on the shores of Lake Winona. Lake Winona is a great fishing lake with a no-limit take, including Walleye, Bass, Crappie, Perch, Bluegill and more. I am an avid fisherman and know the lake well. Muskie fishing is an option within 20 minutes from Lake Winona-Call 574-551-0573.

Rates:
Weekly rental during prime season is either Sun-Sat or Sat-Fri.
$1200/wk
Holiday weeks - $150 extra.
Extended time $150/night if available.
OUTDOORSMAN SPECIAL
$175/night (3-night min. stay. Weekend/weekday rentals at our discretion.)
50% of rental due within 1 week to confirm reservation. Remaining rental amount and $600 deposit plus $80 non-refundable cleaning fee due 30 days in advance of stay.
Rental agreement is required.
Applicant tenant is 100% reponsible for accidents, personal injuries and/or any property damage.
Tenants must be at least 25 years of age.
Boat Rental available. 22' pontoon new 2013. Call for details.
We reserve the right to require boat rental during our peak season for rentals reserved more than 30 days in advance.
