You are invited to share our home in beautiful, historic Winona Lake. This turn of the century lake home is located on "the island", in the heart of Winona Lake. A private pier is just a few steps away, so bring your boat and fishing poles and enjoy over 562 acres of water.
You are also just steps away from many shops and eateries, including two great waterside restaurants. Enjoy sushi and tapas at Cerulean on the channel or enjoy a great steak at the Boathouse (eat on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake). You will love Kelainey's Creamery where you can enjoy ice cream or gourmet coffee.
Winona Lake is also known for its 10 miles of unbelievable mountain bike trails and the newly finished paved greenway path. So don't forget your bicycles, or rent the newest in cycling equipment from the Trailhouse.
All of these attractions are only minutes away from our rental house.
The "island house" rental has three upstairs bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and a full bath with a good view of the lake and TV. The second has a twin daybed and the third has a bunk with a twin on top and a full bed below. Downstairs is a bedroom with a twin size trundle bed and TV. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen size bed. There is also full bath on the lower level.
There is a galley kitchen complete with cookware and every appliance you would need. The oversized dining room can seat the entire family. The family room is complete with comfy furniture for lounging in front of the TV with cable and DVD.
Enjoy your spare time on the wrap around screened in porch. A great place for an afternoon nap!

If you have never been to Winona Lake this will be an experience to remember. You are getting much more than a lake house; this is a true vacation experience.

Rates:
WEEKLY RENTAL is available May, June, July, Aug, of 2013: Damage deposit of $500. is due within 14 days of initial contact to reserve the Tennis Street house. Rent ($1200), cleaning fee ($100) and pet fee ($100) is due at least 60 days before check-in date. Weeks containging holidays or Masterworks, or other specal events, is $1300. The damage deposit will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of home minus expenses for repair(s), stolen or lost items, etc.
Weeks with special events or holidays: Rent will increase $200. These weeks will be listed in the spring.
